Carrie MacInnis is a small town girl from Antigonish, Nova Scotia. She moved to Halifax to attend University, and now works in the city as a social worker. For as long as she can remember she has enjoyed singing, and has always been a musical person. The experiences that she has had as a social worker had pushed her to write her first original song, "Just a Few Things". Posting her first original on social media led to the opportunity to perform live, as well as a studio session that would eventually become a recording deal. 

    After getting a feel for the local music industry, she has decided to dive in and begin recording her first full album, which will include a series of singles along the way.
