The Covid Effect

Its been a crazy year for all of us. Coronavirus has changed the landscape of the music industry and will likely continue to do so for some time. Hamilton House is no exception, and we have definitely felt the effect of the pandemic. We have had to shut down production with some artists, and have canceled some projects all together. Our website was tragically put on a back burner, and it seemed as if we might be dead in the water. But, to be a survivor, you have to know when to switch gears, and come up with a new plan... and that's exactly what we did.

Since we were locked down, and travel was slowed to a near stand still, we did what we could and promoted the crap out of our already published artists, and set release dates for those of whom we had recordings for, while not knowing how long before we could get into the studio again. We found interesting new ways to create traction for our artists, and the crazy thing is our Artists have been more successful than ever before!
So in the spirit of changing our outlook, we thought it necessary to shake the dust off and update our website, as well as getting some new music out there. Where there is a will there is a way.
There will be a few cool changes on the site, starting with our whole released catalogue becoming available to listen to directly on our site through Spotify players in our Releases section. Now you can see what we have put out recently, our top picks, and all of the tunes that we have ever released, as well as listen to all of it right here on our site! We will also be changing our menus and pages to make them look a little more slick and up to date.
We have also added three new artists to the label, "Rock'em Socks", T. Wrekkah, and "Falena Scura." The two latter being our first hip-hop artists to be on the label, so be sure to check them all out in the Artists section.
We Plan to continue moving forward through the pandemic. Though we have no way of knowing what the future holds for Hamilton House or our roster of artists we will proudly stand tall and face whatever comes our way, and you can bet your bottom dollar that we will do our best to continue to bring you new artists and music
